Known issue: Aeries Profile Page for Teachers/Staff

As of the 9/29/22 Aeries update, there is a known issue accessing the Profile page. Instead of consistently loading the Profile page, an error message will intermittently appear.

Aeries is actively working to fix this issue, and we will update this announcement once we have more information. In the meantime, please advise teachers and staff to view the Demographics page (or other appropriate pages) instead of the Profile page to avoid this error.
