Aeries: Requesting a Legal Student Name Change
Legal name changes are processed through the Elementary Office Manager (for grades TK-5) or the Intermediate or High School Registrar (grades 6-12). Please bring an original document reflecting the updated legal name for review (photocopies will not be accepted). Accepted documents may include (but are not limited to):
- Original/Updated Birth Certificate
- Valid Passport or Other State ID
- Signed Court Documents
If you are requesting legal name changes in Aeries for students at multiple school sites, you can visit the Enrollment Center to process all students at the same time. For updates to student nicknames/aliases or other non-legal name changes, please see your student's office manager (Grades TK-5) or Counselor (Grades 6-12).
If you wish to update your student's preferred name or gender, please contact your school office.
