Aeries: Data Confirmation Troubleshooting for Parents/Guardians
Welcome to the new school year!
When you log into your Aeries Parent Portal (https://palosverdes.asp.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx), you should be prompted to complete your student's Data Confirmation. If this does not automatically pop up, please review the following items:
- Are you logging in with your Parent email account, or your Student's email account? Both use the same URL to log in, but they have different levels of access. Student accounts cannot access Data Confirmation or make Contact changes. If you are logging in with your student's email account, please log out and try again with your parent email. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking here.
- Do you see the following message on your Aeries home page?
This message will appear if more information/action is needed for your student's enrollment. Please contact enroll@pvpusd.net for your specific next steps. You will not be able to complete Data Confirmation and your access will be restricted until their account has been updated.
- If you are logging in with your parent email, you do not have the above error message, and you still cannot access your student's Data Confirmation, please submit a support ticket by clicking here. Your school site technology team will review your account and respond within 1-2 business days. To expedite the process, please include the following verification information in your ticket: Your Full Name, Student's Name, School, Grade level, Birthdate, and Home Address.
-Parent put in wrong data?
Have the parent log back into the portal and reselect the appropriate option. This does not need to be escalated as they have the ability to edit their own information at any time. THE ONLY thing they cannot do is create a portal account with a different email--that has to be done by the office.
